To create a friendly and supportive environment, HEARTS Parent’s Club workshops are Live-Streamed, allowing members to participate in workshop activities, engage with the trained facilitator, and other members attending the class.

Each workshop takes approximately one hour to complete. 

Time will be alloted after each class for additional questions for the facilitator or other club members.
